As a valued customer of Aon! Black, our number one priority is customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will try to resolve any problems as soon as possible. Aon! Black will not accept any returns delivered without prior written communication and agreements.
Refunds are not applicable on Sale items.
The item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, complete with all attached labels, the original packaging and the invoice enclosed from the original order. All items will be checked on receipt by our QC department. We will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by Aon! Black, and we strongly advise customers use an insured delivery service. We do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
We aim to process returns and exchanges within 2-5 working days of receipt. However, please note that during very busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sales, processing may take longer. Refunds will be made via the same method by which they were paid for; original delivery fees are non-refundable. Exchanges will be sent out without any additonal postage costs.
Our United Kingdom (UK) standard delivery is by Royal Mail and will typically take 1-3 working days from dispatch. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £4.95. All orders are dispatched as recorded delivery with full insurance against loss or damage.
Our Europe (EU) standard delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail using their International Signed For Service, and will typically take up to 10 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £14.95.
Our Rest Of The World (ROW) standard delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail using their International Signed For Service, and will typically take up to 10 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £19.95.
We aim to post orders within 24 hours of cleared payment but sometimes there maybe delays. Please take into account postage office closures over the weekend and Royal Mail delivery times.
In the rare event that your parcel goes missing please allow up to 28 days for the item to either be returned to us or delivered. After a claim is made with the post office for the lost item a refund or exchange will be given.
